Circuit Fit is a true test of endurance and is one workout that could never get boring! circuits include weight training as well as cardio and are great for both losing weight and increasing overall body strength.

Combat Fit is an explosive fast paced workout including boxing, kickboxing and wrestling in a friendly and fun but also adrenaline pumped experience designed to utilise all three energy systems and burn at least 500 callories a session.

Aerobic Fit is a form of exercise and is designed to be extremely effective for fat burning. It combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with strength training and stretches. Our routines are designed to improve all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). We use up beat motivational music to get your body moving!

Aqua Fit is one of our popular classes with those who are new to exercise or those suffering from bone conditions and being overweight. Water aerobics is a much lower impact than land-based aerobics. The classes still have most of the fat-burning and endurance-building benefits that you get from other forms of aerobic activity. Any aerobic water exercise of around 30 minutes will help you burn about 300 calories.

Zumba Fit is the new craze that everyone is talking about, well yes we have got hooked on it too! Come and join in, all abilities welcome for the ultimate fun workout party experience. Zumba is great for weight loss and has been noted as the ultimate fat burner.

Yoga Fit is a unique combination of aerobic exercise and Yoga which is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. The exercises of Yoga are designed to put pressure on the glandular systems of the body, thereby increasing its efficiency and total health. The body is looked upon as the primary instrument that enables us to work and evolve in the world, Regular practice of Yoga produce a clear, bright mind and a strong, capable body.
